Project context
A major healthcare environment bringing hospital, ambulatory care, cancer treatment, utilities, parking and site infrastructure into one campus-scale program.
KDA's current website describes the project as a new approximately 655,000 GSF Hospital and Ambulatory Care Center with Cancer Center, an approximately 30,000 GSF central utility plant, an 1,100-space parking garage and associated site work. This concept deliberately keeps the language to what the current portfolio verifies.
